What is Calisthenics?
Calisthenics is a form of strength training in which you use your own body weight as resistance to build strength, muscle mass, and muscle condition. The name is a combination of two Greek words, namely: Kalos and Sthenos. Translated together, these words mean ‘beautiful strength’.
